Zoning permission to build

 We have been granted final planning permission and are currently in the process of preparing the phasing and sales strategy of this large project, which will offer separate plots of land, terraced houses, residential units, and also non-residential premises. It also includes the construction of a kindergarten to provide the new neighborhood with basic public amenities.
